  • Oil Industries Engineering & Construction Company (OIEC), Senior Legal Expert & Contract Negotiator (Since August 2012)
    • Negotiating and drafting different types of EPC and PC contracts with both Iranian and foreign contractors.
    • In charge of dispute settlement negotiations for different legal conflicts having the opportunity to deal with a wide range of issues including liquidated damages, terminations, suspensions, insurance and resolving disputes with sub-contractors related to various EPC, PC & EPCF contracts, drilling and ancillary services contracts, bank guarantees and letter of credit in the following projects:
      • Development of phases 17-18 and 20-21 of South Pars Assaluye
      • Siri Island Gas Gathering and NGL Recovery Project
      • Development of Azar oil field in Ilam Province
    • Leading client’s multi-million dollar dispute against a subcontractor involving termination of the contract and claims for costs and damages in the arbitration before Arbitration Center of Iran Chamber of Commerce (ACIC)
